St Bernard's is situated in the parish of Our Lady of Furness along with the Catholic primary schools of Holy Family, Sacred Heart, St Columbas and St Pius X.  We also serve the parishes of  Our Lady and St James in Millom, St Mary's in Ulverston and Our Lady's in Dalton-in-Furness.

Our parish priests Fr Manny and Fr Ajish visit our school regularly to celebrate Mass and take part in school life.
