Safeguarding

Safeguarding at St Bernard's is everyone's responsibility, we take this duty of care extremely seriously. 

Mrs Whittam is our Designated Safeguarding Lead and Mrs Ritchie is our Assistant Designated Safeguarding Lead.

Every year we run training to ensure that all staff have the minimum of a Level 1 Safeguarding qualification.  Our Heads of House, Mr Porter, Mr Messanger and Miss Morrison, our Assistant Headteachers Mr Devling and Mrs Hamilton and our Headteacher Peter Croft have the Level 3 Safeguarding training.

Miss O'Neil, our Vice-Chair of Governors is our Safeguarding Governor.
